Is it OK to treat animals like commodities?
Humankind including large organisation are using animal resources to make profits. The list of products we make and sell from animals is extensive, from clothing to food, furniture, toiletries, fuel, and so on. Is this exploitation of another life form OK because humankind is in the position of power?
It is proposed that a bill of animal rights be agreed upon at a national level to include rights around not just cruelty but also other forms of exploitation of animals.
