HOW SHOULD I LEAD MY SCHOOL?

I am the principal of a school called City One Zero school. Recently, I have been told to make budget cuts.

I have a choice to either reduce student access to videos, online learning and field trips OR to make one teacher redundant (this means they will lose their job).

Everyone is worried and I am scared about what to do. Can you please help me? Should I do the proposal below?
