Categorisation of issues and 'issues'

I've noticed a number of 'issues' on this site, as one's preference between Justin Beiber and One Direction, or one's favourite the Voice judge. I will be frank: I don't care for these 'issues'. One of the issues with allowing children to freely set up these debatable 'issues' is that they come from a childs mind. The best issues are usually set up by the adults on the site.
