CAN YOU SOLVE PROBLEMS WITHOUT THINKING??

In our society we are constantly encouraged to be DOING something, to be producing things. We are often judged favourably if we are busy and active whereas less active people can be seen as lazy or idle.

However, many people report that when they have tried and tried to solve a problem or create something and have become stuck - when they stop and rest or sleep the answer just pops into mind? Has that ever happened to you?
