15 and thinking of running away...

I am a 15 year old girl who needs advice. My family doesn't love me. My dad hits me sometimes. My boyfriend dosent understand. I feel so lonely. I feel like I have no body in this world. I know if I run away I'm going to regret it later but right now that's the only solution that comes to my mind. I cant stand to be here any more. What should I do ?
